What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-informed approach that uses deep relaxation and focused attention to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

Despite common myths, hypnosis isn’t about losing control or being “put under.” You remain fully aware and in charge the entire time. Most people describe it as feeling calm, centered, and mentally clear — similar to meditation or guided imagery.
