Full -Time Child Therapist- In person (N. Raleigh)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Child Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children and families and is looking for a flexible, well-supported private practice environment without the burden of managing marketing, billing, or office logistics. We welcome applications from both fully licensed clinicians and associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with best clinical practices

  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers as clinically appropriate

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Participate in case consultation and supervision as required (for associate-level clinicians)

  • Adhere to ethical standards and state licensing requirements

  • Motivated to build a caseload with practice support

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Hybrid Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for clinicians with specialized training or strong clinical niches who are passionate about working with adults, couples, and families across a range of presenting concerns.

We are particularly interested in therapists trained in, or actively pursuing training in, EMDR, EFT, DBT, Brainspotting, and other advanced or trauma-informed modalities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy (in-person and telehealth)

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Apply evidence-based and specialty modalities appropriate to client needs

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with clients, families, and the clinical team as appropriate

  • Participate in consultation, supervision, or peer collaboration as needed

  • Uphold ethical, professional, and licensing standards

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism

Preferred Specialties & Certifications

  • EMDR

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples/families, Gottman

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Brainspotting

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Attachment-based approaches

  • Couples and relational therapy
    (Certification not required for all applicants, but strongly preferred)
